PHASES (1-2): Project Management & Business Analysis
Business Analysis
This is a very important phase of the project. The output of this phase is: accurate sizing of the project through complete identifications for the client’s needs and requirements, listing all tasks to be accomplished, and preparing the team for working. |
Project Management 
A dedicated project manager will be assigned to mastermind the project. He will be the direct contact with the client and will be responsible for delivering the project according to our quality matrix, on time, and up to the clients’ expectations. His responsibility includes preparing project schedule, communicating with the client, internal resourcing, status reporting, quality control and delivering the project safely to the Client.

PHASE (3-5): Content Developing, Reviewing & Copywriting (if applicable)
Experienced Senior Business Analyst who is specialized in the Business Field of the Client will be allocated for developing the Content of the Client’s Website, Multi Media Presentations, CDs and / or Promotional Materials. After the Creative Content is finished a Linguistic reviewer will review the content semantically and linguistically. After finishing the reviewing work, there will be the Copywriting phase by a Senior Specialized Copywriter. |
PHASES (6): Creative Designing
Experienced Team of Professional Creative Designers will be allocated for designing the client’s Website, Multi Media Presentations, CDs and / or Promotional Materials. Whatever your needs were for either Large, Complex, Comprehensive and / or Simple Website, Multi Media Presentations, CDs and / or Promotional Materials, our designers could satisfy / handle your needs / requirements in the way which you want.
